About This Project
Leitstelle Eggingen is a fully custom-built dispatch system developed for the Youth Fire Department of Ulm-Eggingen to simulate real-life emergency control center operations during firefighter training events like the “BF-Tag” (Career Firefighter Day).
The platform allows users to create, manage, and simulate emergency operations — from alarm creation and vehicle dispatch to real-time status monitoring. It provides a professional and realistic experience for young firefighters while being tailored to their local environment.
The system integrates with Divera 24/7 for alarm synchronization, and it includes an adapted Alarm-Monitor application for use in the fire station hall — complete with visual displays, audio alerts, and automated dispatch reports.
